Blueberry Cream Pie

Lighter than cheese cake but not all the calories or bloat, try this light delicious pie. Its easy to make and definitely worth a go! My family loves this yummy desert!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries or a mix of berries

  • 3 Oz light cream cheese

  • 1 tub cool whip (healthier variety at Trader Joe’s)

  • 2 cups of 100 calorie blueberry Greek yogurt (1 if you want it to be thicker)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and yogurts until combined.

  2. Fold in blueberries and cool whip. Pour into prepared crust!

If you use two cups of yogurt, throw in the freezer for a few minutes to have it set better.


Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
